The Ngram shows us the spike of prohibition mentioned while the mentioning of beer declined until beer rose after prohibition ended while prohibition was declining as soon as the law was renounced. This also shows that small incline of how often Al Capone was mentioned in literature. Google Ngram Analysis of beer, prohibition, and Al Capone as they appear in English-language books published between 1900 to 1990. This is an example of big data because it searches all books found on Google Books with the words beer, prohibition and Al Capone. This data can be analyzed by using computers that reveal trends and patterns.

By clicking the link, it’ll show where I grew up, a small town in MA. I made line where my street is (my street is curvy so I did the best I could). I also pinpointed larger cities around my town like Springfield, Hartford, and Worcester. I also made a shape around an old WWLP news station that is abandoned. I hiked up their once (a very large steep hill behind my house so it was hard lol).

Here, I had dinner at Commons in Colket. I find that time during dinner is crucial for socializing with my friends, since I am super busy this semester. I recorded many conversations at once happening in Colket and I feel as if other students use Commons as a way of socializing just like I do.
